Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Policy

This policy governs all confirmed bookings at Paint Busters. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations made 24+ hours prior qualify for a full refund. Under 24 hours is non-refundable.

Reschedule requests must be raised 24+ hours in advance. One-time rescheduling per booking.

Mandatory arrival 30 mins before game start for safety briefing, dressing & gear allocation.

▪Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reporting time will qualify for a full refund.
▪Requests made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for any refund.
▪Once a booking falls within the 24-hour window, it is considered locked and non-refundable.

▪Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
▪Processing timelines typically range between 7 to 14 working days.
▪Paint Busters is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

▪All participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled slot.
▪Failure to report on time will result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
▪In such cases: The entire booking amount will be forfeited, and the reserved slot may be released and reassigned without notice.
▪Walk-in participation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to slot availability. Paint Busters does not hold or reserve slots for walk-in customers without prior payment or confirmed booking.

▪Requests to reschedule must be raised a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
▪All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Paint Busters.
▪Bookings that fall within the 24-hour window, including same-day changes or missed sessions, cannot be rescheduled.
▪Each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling only. Subject to management approval.

▪In situations where gameplay is impacted due to rain or other uncontrollable conditions, Paint Busters may offer an alternate date for the booking.
▪Rescheduled sessions must be utilized within 7 days of the original booking date.
▪Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by weather or external factors beyond operational control.
▪Any exception to this policy will be entirely at the discretion of management, and such decisions will be final.

▪Paint Busters reserves the right to review, decline, or enforce any request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
▪This policy applies uniformly across all bookings, group sizes, and booking channels.
