Booking, Entry & Gameplay Policies for The Paint Busters Arena. By booking or entering the arena, all participants agree to these terms.

⚠️ Late arrival will reduce your available gameplay time. The booked time slot will not be extended.

🎟️Entry & Participation
- •The minimum age to participate is 15 years. Participants aged 15 to 17 require parental/guardian consent before entering the battlefield.
- •Participation in paintball activities is voluntary.
- •Every participant must complete the required Participant Waiver & Consent Form before entering the playing arena.
- •The Paint Busters reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone considered medically unfit, intoxicated, aggressive, or otherwise unsafe to participate.
- •We provide all the essential paintball gear and safety equipment you need for an exciting and safe game, All you need to bring is yourself and a pair of comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor gameplay.

🤿Safety Rules
- •All participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing before entering the arena.
- •Instructions given by the Marshal/Referee or arena staff must be followed at all times.
- •Approved protective face masks/goggles must be worn inside the designated playing area and must not be removed during active gameplay under any circumstances.
- •Paintball markers must be handled only as instructed by arena staff.
- •Players must not deliberately shoot at anyone outside the designated playing area.
- •Blind firing, physical fighting/contact, deliberately unsafe shooting, tampering with equipment, or intentionally violating safety instructions is strictly prohibited.
- •Players must immediately stop firing when instructed by the Marshal/Referee.
- •The Marshal/Referee's decision regarding gameplay and safety shall be final.
- •Any participant repeatedly violating safety rules may be removed from the game without refund.

🩺Health & Fitness
- •Participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically fit to participate in paintball activities.
- •Participants with an existing medical condition, recent injury, physical limitation, or any other condition that may affect their ability to participate safely must inform The Paint Busters staff before gameplay.
- •The Paint Busters reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where staff reasonably believe that continuing the activity may create a safety risk.

🔫Equipment
- •All equipment and materials provided by The Paint Busters remain the property of The Paint Busters and must be used responsibly and strictly according to staff instructions.
- •Equipment must not be modified, dismantled, adjusted, thrown, or intentionally mishandled.
- •Participants are responsible for equipment issued to them during their session.
- •Any equipment deliberately, recklessly, or negligently damaged or lost may be charged to the participant/customer at the applicable repair or replacement cost.
- •Only paintball markers, paintballs, protective equipment and accessories approved by The Paint Busters may be used within the arena unless prior permission has been obtained.

🎨Paintballs & Packages
- •Each package includes only the number of paintballs and other inclusions specified at the time of booking/purchase.
- • Paintballs that have fallen on the ground must not be collected, reused, or refilled.
- •Additional paintballs will be available at the prevailing arena rate.
- •Unused paintballs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- •Paintballs issued or purchased for gameplay must not be removed from the premises unless specifically permitted by management.
- •Package inclusions, duration and pricing may vary depending on the selected package.

💳Booking & Payment
- •A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance/payment.
- •Any outstanding balance must be paid before commencement of gameplay unless otherwise agreed by management.
- •Prices, packages, number of paintballs, gameplay duration and other inclusions will be as communicated at the time of booking.
- •Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as required by law.
- •Customers are requested to verify their booking date, reporting time, gameplay time, number of participants and selected package when confirming their booking.

📅Cancellation & Rescheduling
- •Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reporting time qualify for a full refund. Requests made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- •Rescheduling requests must be raised a minimum of 24 hours in advance (one-time rescheduling per booking, subject to availability). Bookings within the 24-hour window cannot be rescheduled.
- •In situations where gameplay is impacted due to severe weather or uncontrollable conditions, Paint Busters may offer an alternate date to be utilized within 7 days.

CRITICAL TIMING⏰Reporting Time, Readiness & Late Arrival
- •Participants must report at The Paint Busters at least 30 minutes before their scheduled gameplay time.
- •This reporting period is required for: Registration/check-in, Waiver/consent formalities, Dressing/changeover, Fitting of protective equipment, Equipment familiarisation, Safety briefing, and Team formation.
- •The booked time slot represents the scheduled START TIME OF GAMEPLAY and not the reporting time.
- •All participants must therefore be fully dressed, equipped, briefed and ready to enter the arena by their scheduled gameplay time.
- •Example: For a 1:00 PM gameplay slot, participants must report by 12:30 PM and complete all required preparations so that gameplay can commence at 1:00 PM sharp.
- •Participants arriving late or groups that are not ready by their scheduled start time will not be entitled to an extension of the booked time slot.
- •Any delay caused by late reporting, incomplete registration, dressing, preparation or delayed readiness of the participant/group may result in a corresponding reduction in actual gameplay time.
- •The scheduled end time will remain unchanged, particularly where subsequent bookings are scheduled.
- •Participants are therefore strongly advised to report 30 minutes prior to their booked gameplay slot to enjoy their full scheduled experience.

🚫Alcohol, Drugs & Misconduct
- •Participation while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any substance that may impair judgement, coordination or safe participation is strictly prohibited.
- •The Paint Busters reserves the right to immediately remove or refuse participation to anyone engaging in fighting or aggressive physical behaviour, abusive or threatening behaviour, harassment, deliberate unsafe gameplay, intentional damage to equipment/property, or repeated violation of safety instructions.
- •No refund will be provided where participation is terminated due to misconduct or violation of safety requirements.

🎒Personal Belongings
- •Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- •The Paint Busters will not be responsible for loss or damage to mobile phones, watches, jewellery, spectacles, electronic devices, clothing, footwear or other personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- •Participants are strongly advised not to carry valuables into the playing arena.

👟Clothing, Footwear & Paint
- •Paintball is an outdoor/physical activity and paint impacts may result in temporary marks, stains or damage to clothing and footwear.
- •Participants are advised to wear suitable clothing and appropriate footwear.
- •Protective clothing/equipment supplied by The Paint Busters must be worn and used as instructed.

📷Photography, Videography & CCTV
- •Photography, videography and CCTV surveillance may be carried out within the premises for safety, security and operational purposes.
- •The Paint Busters may also capture photographs/videos during activities. Any use of identifiable participant photographs or videos for advertising, social media, promotional or commercial purposes will be subject to appropriate consent.

🛡️Risks Associated With Paintball
- •Paintball is a physically active recreational sport and involves inherent risks associated with activities such as running, sudden movement, slipping, falling, collisions, paintball impacts and interaction with obstacles, structures and other participants.
- •Participants acknowledge the nature of the activity and agree to follow all safety instructions and exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
- •Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

⚖️Right of Management
- •The Paint Busters reserves the right to stop, suspend or modify gameplay where necessary for safety.
- •The Paint Busters may remove a participant who violates safety rules or causes disruption.
- •The Paint Busters may temporarily close any part of the arena for safety, maintenance or operational requirements.
- •The Paint Busters may modify game formats or team arrangements where operationally necessary.
- •The Paint Busters may refuse participation where management reasonably considers participation unsafe.
- •The decision of management and the designated Marshal/Referee on matters concerning arena safety and gameplay shall be final.

✍️Acceptance of Terms
- •By making a booking, purchasing a package, entering the premises and/or participating in gameplay, the customer/participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- •Every participant must additionally complete the applicable Participant Waiver, Risk Acknowledgement & Consent Form before participating.
